What is EHS management software?
EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) management software is a digital system for recording and following up safety and compliance work, such as risk assessments, permits, inspections, incidents, PPE and equipment records, in one place instead of spreadsheets, paper files and messaging apps. In Malaysia the same work is often called HSE or OSH management.
AegisKomply is EHS management software for Malaysian industrial teams, combined with an ecosystem that connects users with independent calibration laboratories, PPE suppliers and service providers.

What is HIRARC, and how does AegisKomply support it?
HIRARC stands for Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control. It is the risk assessment method described in the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Guidelines for Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) 2008.
AegisKomply's HIRARC module keeps hazard, risk and control records together with their approval and review status, alongside Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for individual tasks. The assessments themselves are made by your competent persons.
Why monitor calibration due dates?
Measuring and testing equipment, such as gas detectors and pressure gauges, gives reliable readings only while its calibration is current. Missing a due date can leave equipment in use without a valid certificate.
AegisKomply tracks calibration due dates, sends reminders before they lapse and keeps certificates with each equipment record. Calibration itself is carried out by independent accredited laboratories.
Where can Malaysian companies find safety and environmental regulatory updates?
The official sources are the relevant agencies, including the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH, also known as JKKP) at dosh.gov.my, the Department of Environment (DOE, Jabatan Alam Sekitar) at doe.gov.my and the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (BOMBA, JBPM) at bomba.gov.my.

Does AegisKomply perform calibration services itself?
No. Aegis Feld Sdn. Bhd. does not operate a calibration laboratory. Calibration is performed by relevant external laboratories, such as ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories, where applicable. AegisKomply helps you organise equipment records, due dates and certificates, and connect with relevant service providers through the ecosystem.
Can our company request a system demonstration?
Yes. Use the demo request form or email the AegisKomply team. The demonstration walks through your current EHS process and the AegisKomply capabilities relevant to it.
Is free platform access available?
Yes, for eligible organisations. Free access is available for up to one month. Eligibility, included modules, onboarding scope and any applicable conditions are confirmed by the AegisKomply team, usually after a system demonstration.
How long can free platform access last?
Up to one month for eligible organisations. The exact duration and scope are confirmed by the AegisKomply team before access begins.
What happens after the free access period?
You review the experience with the AegisKomply team, share feedback and discuss next steps. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the free access period does not create an obligation to subscribe. Any subscription, implementation or training is subject to a separate quotation or agreement.
What information is needed to get started?
Your name, work email, company name and a short description of your current EHS workflow and priorities. The AegisKomply team then confirms any setup requirements with you. No payment details are requested to arrange a demonstration.
What does AegisKomply not replace?
AegisKomply supports EHS and compliance processes; it does not replace your organisation's legal responsibilities, the professional judgement of your SHO and competent persons, or services such as accredited calibration. Using AegisKomply does not by itself guarantee regulatory compliance.
How can a calibration laboratory or PPE supplier discuss joining the ecosystem?
